The hotel of choice in Laguna Beach. Stunningly beautiful venue in a cute area, close to eateries and restaurants. Superbly friendly, very welcoming people working here. The room was impressive and complete with a fire place, the shower, couches. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Good location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Kush Fine Art Gallery.

It was in a good and awesome location with Brooks Street Beach nearby. We truly enjoyed that a trolley bus stop was close to the hotel.

It's relaxing base for sightseeing and exploring Laguna Beach. Really helpful and very very helpful staff, they know their business. The location is unbeatable and prime, it's near free trolley, and the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

Our recent stay in this beautiful hotel was incredibly relaxing. The serene atmosphere, modern and clean room, and friendly staff left us wanting to stay longer. The location was perfect, with plenty of options for dining and leisure activities nearby. The complimentary drinks were a nice touch and made us feel very welcome. Sitting by the fireplace on the first floor was a great way to unwind after a day at the beach.

The hotel could improve on the communication about room requests. Even though we were told ahead of time that our request wouldn't be a problem, we were later informed that they couldn't accommodate it.

We stayed in a relaxing a double room with the shower, couches plus a fire place. It met the purpose.

Enjoyed peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Room was small but comfortable and modern. The staff was hospitable and accommodating, offering recommendations for restaurants and providing free beach access with towels, chairs, and umbrella. The location was ideal, close to scenic views and great for a romantic escape.

Limited parking options in the area, either having to pay for valet or find metered parking at a distance. The staff also gave us bad advice on a local beach, which was not suitable for our needs.

We spent a wonderful Christmas at this hotel. The staff were very hospitable and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the unique experience of not having a TV in the room. Instead, the hotel offered great lounge areas to relax and socialize in. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. we loved the welcome drink offered upon arrival!

The valet-only parking was the only downside. However, we were able to find metered parking within a block and free parking down the street in the evenings.

Beautiful design, calm atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, great location, easy communication with staff.

Nothing that I didn't like.
